Jennifer Lopez Celebrated Turning 55 With a Bridgerton-Themed Birthday Bash

Jennifer Lopez turned 55 years old on July 24th. The famous actress and singer looked half her age rocking a gorgeous white swimsuit and floral cover-up. She accessorized this outfit with plain chunky gold hoops, a simple necklace, and an assortment of bracelets.

Jennifer Lopez added a caption to her Instagram picture stating, "This is me now," a not-too-subtle reference to her latest album. Her fans quickly pointed out how good she looked for her age and that she was aging well. Later in the day, Lopez added a video clip of her dressed in two gowns that had echoes of the Bridgerton-themed party she held, which included horse-drawn carriages and an orchestra. The lavish party was held at her Hamptons home, snd fans joked that she should appear in the next season of the show.

Jennifer continued the festivities the following day having planned an al fresco lunch at Arthur & Sons Italian restaurant. In attendance were her two children, her sister, and manager Benny Medina. Also in attendance were 20 of her closest friends. Sadly, husband Ben Affleck was nowhere to be seen. As with her birthday bash, Jennifer Lopez was serenaded by the staff of Arthur & Sons with a rendition of "Happy Birthday," much to the delight of everyone. She was also given as a birthday present; her favorite dessert, which consisted of limoncello cheesecake, spumoni ice cream, and homemade mini cannolis.

Sadly, the news of her breakup with Ben Affleck proved to be true, as he failed to make an appearance. The couple are already in talks to sell their Los Angeles home, but nothing has been finalized just yet. They are currently living separate lives.
